not giving up yet

Ever since I gained weight I have been dreaming planning to get back in shape. I have tried different kinds of diet, even took some diet pills for a while. My weight is like a yo-yo then. Up one day down the next, lol. I stepped on the scale everyday sometimes several times a day to check on my weight awaiting for some miracle to happen. I got tired eventually and gave it up. But that does not mean I am not going to do something about it anytime soon. This time I will try to buy a fitness equipment like a tread mill since I really like to have one. And a stationary bike if possible. If I can control my voracious appetite and eat only healthy food, I think I will make a difference. I have lost weight being sick for days now and maybe I can start here. I really have to do something about this problem or this will keep piling up on me and then it will be harder to get rid of.
